Club Facilities
The club facilities are "self-service" and available only to club members once a membership is obtained and an agreement is signed.
Indoor Range
The indoor range is located at 1211 6450 Road in the City of Montrose. This is a heated and lighted facility for shooting non-magnum pistols and .22 L.R. caliber rifles indoors. The indoor range also doubles as the MRGC meeting facility.
Outdoor Range
The outdoor range
is located on U.S. Hwy 50, one quarter of a mile west of the turnoff to the
south rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument (5
miles east of Montrose city limits).
The MRGC outdoor range
offers a variety of amenities for the shooting enthusiast.
The range offers four practical pistol ranges, a rifle range, and a
shotgun sports range.
If you use the facilities for personal recreation or
instruction of others, you are expected to follow facility rules and are
responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of trash.
The facilities are for use and enjoyment of the members. Members are not allowed to use the facilities for personal financial gain such as teaching non-club authorized classes.
